This site is operated under the trading style ClearCDM by Robbie Thompson Design Ltd (Co. No. 10355527) and James Nicholson Design Ltd (Co. No. 13960890). Using the site means accepting these terms.

What the site content is. The content of this site is general information about the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and about our service. It is not advice on any specific project and it is not a substitute for an appointment. What we do on a project, and what you can rely on, is defined by the written appointment and quotation for that project and nothing else.

No appointment by browsing. Sending an enquiry, receiving a quotation or completing an online form does not of itself create an appointment. An appointment exists when it is confirmed in writing on our side and accepted on yours, as the appointment document describes.

The online forms. The forms on this site exist to run live projects. Submit information through them only if you are involved in such a project, and take care that what you submit is accurate; the project team will rely on it in planning safe work. Information submitted is handled as the privacy notice describes.

Third party links. Links to HSE guidance and other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Content ownership. The text, documents and identity on this site belong to the two companies named above. Download and share our published PDFs freely and unaltered; do not reuse the content commercially without permission.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the site's general content, as opposed to the documents and advice provided under a written appointment.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
