On a live project

If you are the client, a designer or the contractor on a project we are appointed on, you will have been sent a personal form link in your invitation email. Use that link: it carries your project reference so your return files itself to the right project. If you have lost it, email [email protected] and it will be re sent.

The forms

• Client information form: your project details and the appointment acknowledgement, around ten to fifteen minutes.
• Designer information form: your design risk information in the format you already hold it, around ten minutes.
• Contractor information form: your return before start on site.
• Notification page: design changes and file information during the works.
• Site visit record and project setup form: used by us.
